I was visiting a friend in La Center so we came here on a Friday night. They had some Karaoke going on which was fun and provided some entertainment. The drinks were good and the service was decent. We ordered a pizza which was served under cooked and tasted terrible. We sent it back and didn't get anything else because of the time involved. Hopefully they know how to cook pizzas and that was just an isolated incident.

RUDE OWNER! With very few dining options in La Center, one would hope that this place would be good. The old Tavern which closed 4+ years ago had great food. It was too upscale I'm afraid and closed. Since then....things have gotten worse. We dined there and received a salad that was clearly not a Caesar and had the wrong dressing. When we sent it back, the owner came over to our table and started ranting at us about how we didn't know anything about salad dressings. She plopped the salad back on the table and that was it. The old broad was rude and disrespectful. The menu consists of fried bar food, lousy burgers, and pizza. On Tuesdays they have a taco special. Yipee. Patrons have been dwindling here for years and its only a matter of time before they shut the doors. Hopefully, the new restaurant will be better. One can only dream......
